These guys are brilliant. EMS have serviced our boiler for the last 7 years and have always provided an excellent service. Courteous and professional every time and would highly recommend.

EMS came to our rescue when our boiler decided to start leaking water through the ceiling late one night! With the boiler being an old gal and pretty costly to fix we asked EMS for a quote on a new boiler and decided to add in some new radiators and opted for the funky tech extras to control our heating from our phones! Quote received same day and just under a week all of this was fitted in our house in a working day and they offered to hoover too! Very understanding people, brilliant service and reasonably priced.

I can't recommend Leanne, Angie and the team enough! After finding myself with no heating and my boiler on the blink at 4pm one of the coldest days of the year with 2 young children, I called Leanne in a panic and she talked me through all the basics on the phone to check it wasn't an easy fix that I could do myself, but after all this failed, Leanne had one of her team cake to see me on his way home from work to see if they could at least get the boiler fired up. He was AMAZING! After changing a small part the boiler fired up and he said he'd be back in the morning to have a proper look and double check everything, which he did. The best part was the bill. Which under normal circumstances I'd be dreading for call outs and parts etc, but because I pay a monthly fee for the HOMEWARM package I had a £0.00 balance. I've had dealings with lots of members of the team and they are all professional, friendly and very approachable. If you haven't looked into HOMEWARM yet, you're missing out.
